Position: Account Manager

Location: Toronto

SmartSimple Software Inc. is a growing and dynamic software company based in Greater Toronto Area supplying software solutions to several vertical markets. The solution is delivered as ?Software as a Service? (?SaaS?). SmartSimple has penetrated a significant portion of the Ontario market in two industry verticals:

· Government Granting Agencies and Foundations making and monitoring grants.

· Medical Case Management ? case management used by Independent Medical Examiners (IMEs), Rehabilitation Clinics and Insurance companies in managing health care cases.

We are searching for an energetic, articulate and driven person to join our team as an Account Manager in our Medical Case Management and Government Grants Management divisions. This position will be based in our Toronto office.

Responsibilities:

· Sell software solutions within the defined target markets;

· Develop strategies to acquire new business and grow existing business;

· Responsible for outbound calls to existing clients and to build new business and follow-up on leads;

· Maintain accurate client and related data base;

· Sales meetings with existing clients and potential clients;

· Collaborates with sales team and other departments as required;

· Other related duties.

Qualifications:

· Exposure to Government, Charitable, Medical Evaluation or Rehabilitation organizations;

· Bachelor?s degree/business diploma or related education;

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

· Ability to build and maintain solid client relationships;

· Solid presentation and negotiation skills;

· Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit;

· Team player;

· Solid organizational skills;

· Detail orientated;

· Solid PC software programs

· Must be able to work independently and without daily supervision
