Job Title:   
Support and Implementation Specialist
- (Dublin Based)
 


Description
This role requires a subtle mix of technical, business and communication skills, and from time to time provide on-site support.
As you become more competent you will start to work with sales and or the implementation team to provide technical support in pre and post sales. You will also start to take full responsible for designated clients technical and business needs and provide a single point of contact.
You will have the ability to move into more technical or project management type role as your career develops.
You will report to the Managing Director, EMEA.
Training will be provided in Dublin and or Toronto, Canada


Requirements
A mix of business and technical skills gained though theoretical and practical experiences.
A solid understanding of application software and database concepts.
Fluent English both verbal and written.
Experience of software configuration, exposure to Java scripts an advantage.
Good communications and interpersonal skills.
Willing to Travel
